Required

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school
7+ years of related experience with environmental and natural resources
Knowledge and experience with state and federal laws related to environmental cleanup, air quality, fish and wildlife, hazardous wastes, water quality, removal/fill (wetlands), and water rights
Knowledge of and experience with Federal Indian Law
Strong interest in engaging in the natural resource or other industry groups and business development
Excellent academic credentials and professional references, as well as solid legal research, writing, and communication skills
Demonstrated ownership of projects and willingness to work hard in a team-oriented setting, but with significant independence
A track record showing exemplary client service, organizational skills, and teamwork
Excellent skills in legal research, analysis, writing, and in communication
Some portable book of business and/or demonstrated success in developing a client portfolio
Washington State Bar or Oregon State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity is required
