Project Manager 3 (6011)
itD is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of complex digital marketing initiatives that drive brand consistency, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality delivery across marketing programs by aligning stakeholders, optimizing workflows, and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of digital marketing initiatives, including websites, landing pages, email campaigns, webinars, virtual events, and paid media assets
Own and optimize content production workflows across blogs, ebooks, case studies, videos, and social media
Plan and deliver webinars and virtual events, managing timelines, speakers, platforms, rehearsals, and post-event deliverables
Oversee creative project execution, including design, copywriting, video, and multimedia asset production
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations across multiple initiatives
Serve as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing clear status reporting, risk management, and actionable recommendations
Drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, creative, content, demand generation, product marketing, and external agencies
Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes to ensure successful delivery
Establish and enforce project management standards, workflows, templates, and best practices
Mentor and support junior project managers or coordinators
Ensure brand, messaging, accessibility, and compliance standards are met across all deliverables
Partner with analytics and marketing teams to support performance tracking and post-program analysis
Identify and implement process improvements to increase speed, scalability, and quality of execution
Attend regular internal practice community meetings
Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing digital marketing or creative projects
Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing initiatives end to end
Strong project management expertise, including timelines, budgets, and resource planning
Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Experience establishing and enforcing project management workflows and standards
Strong risk management, dependency tracking, and status reporting skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
Preferred
Experience supporting webinar and virtual event programs
Background working with creative, content, and demand generation teams
Experience mentoring or managing junior project managers or coordinators
Familiarity with marketing performance measurement and post-campaign analysis
