Seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacology Lead to support CNS programs
Responsibilities include dose selection, PK/PD modeling, modeling & simulation, and contributions to clinical protocols and regulatory submissions (IND/NDA)
Strong hands-on experience with Phoenix / WinNonlin , FDA interactions, and cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed drug development environment is required
Qualification
Required
PhD or PharmD with 3–4+ years of pharma industry experience as a Clinical Pharmacology Lead
Strong hands-on experience with Phoenix
Direct FDA interaction experience (IND/NDA submissions)
Excellent leadership, communication, and matrix-team collaboration skills
Preferred
Strong hands-on experience with Monolix, R, WinNonlin, SAS a plus
Expertise in clinical PK, PK/PD modeling, simulation, and CNS therapeutics preferred
