Responsibilities
Interact with all areas within Retail Lending to gain a comprehensive understanding of processes, including Origination, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Post-Closing
Assist teams with tasks specific to their function under the guidance of experienced professionals
Attend strategy sessions, departmental meetings, and individual area discussions
Participate in meetings with key business partners to gain an understanding of Compliance, Marketing, and Risk considerations related to Residential Lending
Complete a final project presentation for Retail Lending Leadership Team summarizing internship learnings and insights
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office
Proven analytical skills
Proven critical thinking skills
Strong organizational skills
General Office Equipment
Keyboard Dexterity
Lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs
Preferred
Preferred candidates to be majoring in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
