Help build and mentor a collaborative team

Required

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Washington Civil Engineer (P.E.) registration required
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
Strong project management, mentoring, and business development skills
Client management skills experience

Preferred

Master's degree with emphasis in water and wastewater design desirable
American Academy of Environmental Engineers Diplomate desirable as alternative to master's degree
Experience collaborating with local and State agency/engineering community is a plus
Experience designing public water and wastewater treatment facilities is strongly preferred
Experience serving as a prime consultant is preferred
Experience Environmental Agency and local Health District requirements is a plus
