Responsibilities

Win the right deals (Sales and Solutioning)
Lead end to end pursuits from discovery to close; shape the solution narrative and ROI with C-suite/VP stakeholders
Design and demo solutions across D365 Sales/CS/BC, Power Apps/Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Copilot for Sales/Service; guide feasibility with Delivery
Write/own SOWs that meet sold margin floors, risk assumptions, and staffing plans; secure Delivery buy in (“veto power”)
Partner with Microsoft field sellers to position Netwoven as a thought leader and partner of choice
Activate the Microsoft ecosystem (Co Sell & Marketplace)
Position Netwoven as a thought leader in business applications through functional, industry, and product knowledge
Cosell with Microsoft AEs/Specialists; build pipeline through solution plays, events, and campaigns
Align packaged services with Azure/Microsoft Marketplace (incl. private offers) to accelerate procurement and expand reach
Service Innovation & Offer Management (“The Product”)
Act as a 'Service Product Manager' to create packaged, repeatable service offerings (e.g., Business Central Rapid Deployment, Sales Process Optimization) based on market trends
Develop technical assets, scoping calculators, and delivery checklists to enable scalable sales and delivery
Act as the 'Voice of the Market,' identifying business trends to continuously improve our internal service roadmap
Translate Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities into concrete, business-ready use cases that can be packaged and delivered repeatedly
Strategic Handshakes & Qualification (“The Process”)
Collaborate with the Head of Delivery to ensure a seamless handoff, respecting Delivery’s 'Veto Power' over unfeasible timelines or budgets

Required

Multi-Domain Proficiency: Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service or Business Central), with working knowledge across the broader stack
Technical Skill: Demonstrated ability to 'get into the weeds' to design and demo complex solutions in detail
Commercial Track Record: Proven success in a quota-carrying professional services role
Business Acumen: Deep understanding of some of the functional areas such as sales, marketing, customer service, supply chain, warehousing, or finance across multiple industry verticals
Leadership: Experience working with and advising senior executive leaders
