Responsibilities
Build and ship full-stack product features end-to-end
Collaborate closely with the founder and early engineers on product direction
Design and implement scalable systems in a greenfield codebase
Use AI tools and agentic workflows as part of your daily development process
Work directly with users and stakeholders to refine workflows and UX
Help establish engineering best practices in an early-stage environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional full-stack product engineering experience
Strong proficiency with React, Node.js, and TypeScript
Product-minded engineer who cares deeply about user experience
Experience shipping quickly in early-stage or fast-moving environments
Comfort owning ambiguous problems end-to-end
Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Humble, kind, and collaborative team player
Preferred
Founder or early-stage startup experience (Seed–Series C)
Experience in govtech, proptech, healthtech, or other mission-driven startups
Direct experience interfacing with customers or end users
Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows
