Responsibilities
Drives store growth by attracting, identifying, and bringing Franchisee candidates into the company's system
Responsible for marketing the Brand to the candidate pool
Maintains a sales funnel and real-time status on prospects, finalists, and signed Franchisees
Installs and works sales processes - and works with the cross functional teams to ensure
The success of the new Franchisees
The proactive communications to existing Franchisees
Approval of the Franchisee candidate by key stakeholders in the organization
Qualification
Required
College degree
2-3 years of sales experience
Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License
Familiarity with Sales/CRM programs (e.g., Salesforce)
Has authored sales processes to ensure collaboration and cooperation with the larger organization
