Responsibilities
Drive UX strategy and design execution for high-impact digital health products
Translate ambiguity into clear, elegant design solutions grounded in research and user needs
Communicate design rationale with confidence—using storytelling to align stakeholders and accelerate decisions
Champion design consistency and systems thinking across platforms (desktop, responsive web, and native mobile)
Collaborate deeply with cross-functional partners to define features, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver cohesive experiences
Manage scope, dependencies, and design risks across complex initiatives
Mentor and coach designers through critique, feedback, and hands-on guidance
Advocate relentlessly for users, ensuring experiences support informed, inclusive, and equitable decision-making
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in product design or UX design for digital products
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component-based design and collaboration workflows
A strong portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end UX thinking, from problem framing to polished execution across platforms
Demonstrated experience or deep interest in women's health journeys (e.g., fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause)
Strong communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions and influence cross-functional partners
Comfortable balancing strategic thinking and hands-on design
Able to work independently while thriving in highly collaborative environments
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams with speed and quality
Passionate about inclusive, accessible design and contributing to design systems at scale
