Field leadership on commercial and municipal projects
Crew management, scheduling, and manpower planning
Quality control and installation oversight
Coordination with PMs, Supers, and GC partners
Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations
Upholding a culture built on adaptability, confidence, and continuous learning
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial electrical experience
Proven success running crews on ground-up or large TI projects up to $20M in electrical value
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to read plans, manage manpower, and keep work moving
Deep understanding of NEC, OSHA standards, and commercial electrical systems
