Responsibilities
Monitor, triage, and resolve production incidents impacting business operations
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective solutions
Prioritize incidents based on business impact and urgency
Participate in on-call support as needed
Serve as a primary support resource for warehouse-related applications and workflows
Troubleshoot WMS issues affecting inventory, fulfillment, and distribution operations
Work closely with warehouse operations and IT teams to resolve system and process issues
Support integrations between warehouse systems and other enterprise applications
Write complex SQL queries (including multi-table joins) to investigate data and system issues
Analyze application, system, and database behavior to identify root causes
Support troubleshooting across applications, databases, and integrations
Support new application rollouts, enhancements, and integrations
Document solutions, workflows, and technical processes
Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, support processes, and response times
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in production support, application support, or technical operations
Strong SQL skills — ability to write complex queries for troubleshooting and analysis
Experience supporting or working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Proven ability to troubleshoot issues in production environments
Strong communication skills with both technical teams and business users
Experience documenting processes, incidents, and resolutions
Preferred
Experience with HighJump / Infor WMS (not required)
Background in retail, distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations
Familiarity with APIs, Postman, RabbitMQ, or integration tools
Knowledge of ITIL, incident, or problem management practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)
