Responsibilities

Lead and coach Plant Managers and site leadership teams to deliver results in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement
Develop and execute a multi-site manufacturing strategy aligned with enterprise objectives
Own multi-site P&L performance with a strong focus on EBITDA improvement
Lead and oversee Hoshin Kanri planning across all assigned facilities, including monthly performance reviews
Establish and sustain a Quality First mindset supported by effective quality systems
Build a high-performance talent culture through performance management, leadership development, and succession planning
Promote collaboration and a 'win together' culture across sites and functional teams
Strengthen customer relationships by understanding product performance, technical challenges, and future market needs
Ensure accurate product costing and pricing alignment for new and existing products
Identify and lead development of new market opportunities and product initiatives, partnering with senior leadership for approvals
Drive advanced manufacturing and capital investment strategies to support growth and operational optimization
Optimize asset utilization across sites, including inventory, receivables, and fixed assets
Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards
Address and resolve operational issues that impact quality, delivery, cost, or safety

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (graduate degree strongly preferred)
10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including:
Multi-site or complex plant operations
Full P&L ownership
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Customer and commercial engagement
Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to connect operations to enterprise results
Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop senior leaders across multiple locations
Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)

Preferred

Background in the investment casting industry or similarly complex manufacturing environments
