Medix™ is seeking an experienced SailPoint Advisor / Implementation Specialist to help stabilize, optimize, and mature its identity governance and administration (IGA) program. This role will serve as a hands-on advisor, guiding the organization from a stabilized state to a mature, automated future state while supporting the build-out of a scalable implementation team.

Responsibilities

Act as a SailPoint advisor , guiding the organization from a stabilized state to a mature, automated future state

Lead discovery sessions with business and IT leaders to standardize access needs and job definitions

Design and help implement a role-based access control (RBAC) model

Develop a scalable approach to Joiner / Mover / Leaver (Add, Move, Delete) processes across 1,600+ job codes

Assess existing job code configurations, including partially built or disabled roles

Partner with internal technical resources to design and implement provisioning workflows

Support and advise on downstream integrations , including Active Directory and enterprise applications

Help define the operating model, governance framework, and internal ownership for SailPoint

Contribute to building a custom SailPoint implementation team , including defining future roles and skill needs

Required

Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint

Proven experience designing and implementing RBAC models

Experience building or remediating Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows

Experience integrating SailPoint with HR systems and Active Directory

Experience working in environments with large job code catalogs

Strong discovery, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to operate as both a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor

Preferred

Experience remediating or re-architecting an existing SailPoint implementation

Experience helping organizations move from tactical fixes to long-term IGA strategy

Background in highly regulated or enterprise environments
