This role requires deep expertise in ITSM, ITAM, and Discovery, with responsibilities including leading the design of the ServiceNow platform, architecting complex integrations, and mentoring engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and long-term vision of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and audit compliance
Architect workflows, custom applications, and complex integrations that extend the platform's core capabilities
Partner with business leaders to translate high-level objectives into technical requirements that deliver measurable value
Qualification
Required
10+ years of dedicated ServiceNow experience, with a track record of leading large-scale, enterprise-level implementations
Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Service Portal (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS, Bootstrap)
Deep understanding of CMDB, Asset Management, and Discovery
Proven success integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP and Integration Hub
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITAM, or similar)
Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban environments
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to 'translate' complex technical debt or architectural needs to non-technical executive stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with Perl or Python in a Linux environment is highly valued
ITIL v3/v4 certification
