Responsibilities
Design and develop Alteryx workflows to integrate multi-source data and support analytics; publish and schedule via Alteryx Server
Build and maintain RPA automations using UiPath (Studio/Orchestrator) or equivalent tools to extract, validate, and load data from internal systems and industry utilities (including DTC)
Develop Power BI dashboards with enterprise-grade data models, DAX measures, and visualizations for operational and management reporting
Embed auditability, logging, exception handling, and controls into automation solutions
Ensure compliance with data governance standards, including PII handling and role-based access
Partner with business teams to document SOPs, SLAs, controls, and fallback procedures
Support user training and change management
Work closely with DTC and settlements teams to identify automation opportunities and quantify benefits
Present solutions, manage enhancement requests, and maintain delivery backlog
Contribute to enterprise automation initiatives and communities of practice
Develop reusable components and best practices across automation and analytics platforms
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in financial services, preferably within Wealth Management, securities processing, or broker-dealer operations
Advanced experience with Alteryx Designer and Server
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath or comparable RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, Power Query (M), and DAX
Working knowledge of DTC and settlement operations
Experience with requirements gathering, SDLC documentation, and stakeholder communication
