Responsibilities

Own and support Intapp Conflicts, Intake, Walls, and related applications
Design and maintain workflows, forms, and data models that reflect how the business operates
Partner with conflicts, intake, and legal teams to translate policies and processes into system behavior
Lead upgrades, cloud initiatives, and vendor coordination
Manage integrations with document management, billing, identity, and other enterprise platforms
Monitor performance, capacity, and data integrity
Maintain architecture, support, and change documentation
Support testing, quality assurance, and controlled releases
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members supporting the platform

Required

Several years of hands-on experience with Intapp Conflicts, Intake, Walls, or similar risk and intake platforms
Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment
Strong background supporting enterprise applications in regulated or high-compliance environments
Comfort working with cloud and SaaS platforms
Experience with SQL, APIs, and system-to-system integrations
Familiarity with security controls, data governance, and change management
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
