Responsibilities
Take ownership of deal underwriting and valuations, including preparing detailed cash flow projections using financial modeling software (Excel/ARGUS)
Create value-enhancing business plans through a deal’s life cycle – from acquisition through asset management
Prepare and present detailed memos to the Investment Committee for approval of potential transactions
Perform competitive and demographic research to assess real estate trends, identify investment prospects, and inform the Firm’s strategic priorities
Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions
