Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements for commercial lending processes (loan origination, underwriting, approval, booking, and servicing)
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with nCino capabilities
Configure and validate nCino modules such as Loan Origination, Collateral Management, Covenant Tracking, Document Manager, and Workflow
Collaborate with Salesforce/nCino developers and QA teams to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements
Qualification
Required
Strong business analysis experience within the financial services industry
Deep knowledge of commercial lending processes
Hands-on expertise with the nCino Bank Operating System
Ability to gather, document, and analyze requirements for commercial lending processes (loan origination, underwriting, approval, booking, and servicing)
Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with nCino capabilities
Experience configuring and validating nCino modules such as Loan Origination, Collateral Management, Covenant Tracking, Document Manager, and Workflow
Ability to collaborate with Salesforce/nCino developers and QA teams to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements
