The role involves providing advanced technical support for Citrix environments, Azure Virtual Desktop, and NetScaler, while also managing complex technical issues and collaborating with IT teams on infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Citrix environments, Azure Virtual Desktop, and NetScaler
Manage and resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 support teams
Perform system administration tasks, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop environments
Optimize and manage NetScaler configurations to ensure high availability and performance
Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and support infrastructure projects
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Provide training and guidance to junior support staff
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices are followed
Qualification
Required
4-7 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role
Extensive experience with Citrix technologies, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix Cloud
Expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting
Advanced knowledge of Citrix NetScaler (ADC) for load balancing, SSL VPN, and application delivery
Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
MS 365 Administration experience is nice-to-have
Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP-V)
Citrix Certified Expert - Virtualization (CCE-V)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
Citrix Certified Professional - Networking (CCP-N)
Citrix Certified Expert - Networking (CCE-N)
