Responsibilities
Shadow Project Managers during project management activities and meetings
Receive mentoring on project management and EPMO processes, tools (e.g. OneNote, Copilot, Azure Boards, OnePlan), and procedures from EPMO Leader and Project Managers
Assist with project management activities (e.g., meeting facilitation, meeting summaries, scope development, project closure reports, project change controls, project issue/risk/action item tracking, project schedules)
Help with EPMO process improvement initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office
Proven analytical skills
Proven critical thinking skills
Strong organizational skills
Preferred
Preferred candidates to be majoring in Project Management or Business Administration
