Responsibilities
Help the Area Maintenance Supervisor oversee all property maintenance operations across two communities
Train and supervise a Lead Maintenance Technician
Assist with scheduling vendors, when work cannot be completed in-house
Lead unit turns with a focus on quality, speed (5-day standard), and move-in readiness
Prioritize and resolve daily work orders with urgency and a resident-first attitude
Manage inventory, ensure timely follow-up, and close out completed work in Yardi
Coordinate seasonal and emergency maintenance, including snow removal and on-call rotation
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of supervisory maintenance experience in the multifamily industry
Strong organization, scheduling, and communication skills
General repair skills (electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, painting, etc.)
A personal basic tool set (small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, pliers, knife, tape measure, etc.)
Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance (required)
You live within 10 miles of Sheridan South Apartments, located near Sheridan and Warren Ave. in southwest Denver
Preferred
Boiler Experience strongly preferred
Swimming Pool experience preferred; CPO is a plus
