Responsibilities

Define and oversee the brand’s visual direction across all creative touchpoints

Lead the entire creative process, from ideation to execution, influencing product launches, brand initiatives, and seasonal campaigns

Set the photoshoot calendar to ensure coverage of seasonal collections and key brand storytelling moments

Lead photoshoots and video productions from concept through post-production

Identify and execute cost-effective, on-brand content approaches; develop content chase models that respond to real-time trends and support selling moments

Leverage AI tools to ideate, develop, and refine engaging, on-brand content across digital and social channels

Manage creative budget, aligning financial resources with commercial and brand priorities to ensure impactful outcomes

Manage, mentor, and inspire an in-house team of designers and creatives
