Start in 2026 SummerDelta Air Lines is seeking a Reservations Intern to help shape the future of customer care. In this role, you will work on high-impact projects that improve servicing experiences for customers while gaining hands-on experience in various analytical and management areas.

Qualification
Required
Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
Not enrolled in any classes (remote or on-campus) during the duration of the program
Must be able to work 12 consecutive weeks
Must be able to come into Corporate Headquarters in Atlanta 2 – 3 times a week
A strong team player, detail oriented, and perform well under pressure
Conveys professional image to all levels of associates
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Must be willing to travel as required
Preferred
Experience in previous corporate environments in part-time or fulltime capacity
Completed 60+ course hours by time of the internship
Strong written and verbal communication skills highly preferred
Possess technical skills, with an emphasis on SQL and any programming language
Possess business skills such as business modeling, project management, or competitive analysis
Completion or pursuit of Database, Basic Programming, User Interface courses
Data visualization tool knowledge (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Experience with simulation, modeling and statistical analysis software
