Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of internal cross-functional projects that align with workforce development initiatives

Establish and optimize internal processes that support cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and program execution

Lead the creation of executive-level presentations and reports that communicate departmental outcomes, impact metrics, and strategic priorities

Translate data and programmatic insights into clear, compelling visuals and narratives for senior leadership

Establish and maintain efficient internal processes and systems to support program delivery and team collaboration

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement

Provide strategic direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure alignment with departmental goals

Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture that supports innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

Manage relationships with external vendors, including performance oversight, and budget tracking to ensure alignment with departmental goals and fiscal responsibility

Guide the development of inclusive, scalable, training programs that support workforce development participants and program delivery

Drive consistency and quality of training programs, initiatives, and materials launched by the department

Oversee the development and implementation of digital and in-person learning experiences to support effective training delivery

Oversee awareness and engagement strategies that promote transparency and visibility of community initiatives

Collaborate with CVS Health Corporate Communications teams to amplify impact through storytelling and strategic messaging

Ensure consistent branding and voice across collateral materials, newsletters, presentations, and digital platforms

Required

7-10 years of experience in operations, project management, training, or communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven ability to lead and develop manager-level staff and manage cross-functional projects

Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills

Commitment to continuous improvement

Preferred

Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning theory, and digital learning platforms

Experience developing executive-level presentations and reports
