Responsibilities
Lead throughput and productivity improvement initiatives
Support layout changes and new equipment installations
Manage uptime charts and throughput reports using production monitoring systems
Apply industrial engineering methods to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Collaborate closely with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in AutoCAD (non-negotiable)
Experience with Standard Time Data analysis (or strong understanding)
Practical project management experience
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering field
2+ years of applicable experience (open to strong early-career candidates)
Willingness to work onsite and flexible across shifts
Strong communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing or automotive environment
Background with MS Project, Visual Basic, or similar engineering tools
