Responsibilities
Help manage Nissan Aftersales Supplier Shipments from the domestic US, Canada, and Mexico into our PDC network as quickly & efficiently as possible
Managing carrier on-time delivery performance
Develop logistics strategies to reduce cost or gain efficiencies
Perform analysis for studies and/or propose projects
Problem solve logistical supply chain issues
Problem solve operational issues
Create/track/maintain various reports & reporting repositories
Track various KPIs
Work in tandem with Nissan’s 3PL to build a best in class Aftersales Logistics Network
Qualification
Required
0-3 Years of Logistics/Supply Chain Experience
Experience in Various Modes of Transportation – OTR, IM, DDS, LTL, Air, Sea
Experience in Various types of logistics routing – Direct, Dedicated, Hybrid, Cross Docks, etc
Experience in Standard warehousing operations processes
Experience in Inventory control processes and procedures
Ability to perform various types of analysis & problem solving
Ability to manage projects autonomously with minimal supervision/direction
Preferred
3+ years of Logistics Experience
BA/BS in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Accounting/Finance/International Relations from a 4yr University
