Administrative Assistant to Regional Campus Director
National Polytechnic College is seeking a professional and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Regional Campus Director. This role involves managing daily operations, coordinating schedules, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental functioning.

Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the Regional Campus Director’s calendar, correspondence, and scheduling meetings
Draft, review, and send professional communications on behalf of the Regional Campus Director
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism
Answer and respond to phone calls; relay messages and information as needed
Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails when appropriate
Research and prepare documentation as requested by the Regional Campus Director
Research and assist the Director in developing and implementing campus policies, growth initiatives, and educational technology advancements in alignment with state and federal regulations
Assist with campuses events and operational logistics to support a positive student and staff experience
Assist with annual reports, audits, and state and federal compliance reviews
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare reimbursement documentation
Maintain organized records and confidential documentation in compliance with institutional policies
Collaborate with the Board of Directors on policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Highly proficient on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must
Able to travel interstate
Preferred
Proficient on Adobe products, Canva, Google Docs, Learning Managing Systems like Blackboard, Canvas; PandaDoc, DocuSign, video editing software, LinkedIn accounts, using AI tools, and Campus Management software
Experience with Blackboard, Storyteller - Rise 360
Minimum Associate's degree
