As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable ServiceNow solutions
Your primary responsibilities will include translating business requirements into technical blueprints, overseeing integrations with other systems, and ensuring the platform's integrity, security, and optimal performance

Qualification
Required
5 years of ServiceNow experience with any of the following: ServiceNow Platform Depth (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
Scripting & Development in JavaScript for client-side and server-side development
Integrations with other systems using REST, SOAP, SAML, LDAP, JDBC, and web services
Database & Architecture knowledge (RDBMS design, CMDBs, network, and application architecture)
Cloud Technologies
DevOps & CI/CD
Preferred
Advanced Degree
10+ years of industry experience
ServiceNow Technical Architect certification is preferred
Certified Master Architect (CMA)
Ability to enter client environment and provide recommendations after assessing the requirements and the current state
Demonstrated experience managing the expectations of high-profile clients and building a reputation of trust
Possess strong oral and written communication, presentation skills, project management, and mentoring skills
