Radio Frequency Analyst

Responsibilities
The primary function of a Radio Frequency (RF) Analyst in this role involves enhancing the team's situational awareness within the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) by conducting real-time and historical spectrum analysis using various tools and techniques to identify and classify RF signals based on modulation schemes and protocols
The role requires analyzing wireless communication protocols (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Cellular, etc.) to identify vulnerabilities in devices and systems, then performing vulnerability assessments and assisting with the implementation of techniques for exploiting these RF vulnerabilities
The analyst collaborates with team members to integrate these findings into cyber operation plans, prepares clear, concise, and accurate technical reports documenting findings and recommendations, and maintains detailed records of RF spectrum activity
The position also involves advising the government on compliance with applicable regulations and policies related to RF spectrum usage, while maintaining awareness of legal and ethical considerations related to RF-related cyber operations and supporting the deployment of specialized RF tools and capabilities for implementing RF-related cyber tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
Qualification
Required
Seven (7) years of position-specific relevant experience
Demonstrated experience with RF signals, techniques and/or technologies
Bachelor's degree
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required
Preferred
High School + 16 yrs experience
Associates + 14 yrs experience
Master's + 10 yrs experience
PhD + Eight (8) yrs experience
