Lead and coordinate all laboratory functions to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable testing services
Maintain adherence to federal, state, and accrediting body regulations and laboratory best practices
Oversee personnel management, financial planning, and effective use of laboratory resources
Drive continuous quality improvement, safety, and risk reduction initiatives
Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and alignment with organizational goals and values
Qualification
Required
Must have Recent Acute care Lab Supervisory experience
State Licensed Medical Technologist
Bachelors Degree or higher from an accredited school in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or chemical, physical or biological science
Registered with the (ASCP)
