Responsibilities

Establish readiness, analyze risk, provide estimates, and plan testing efforts

Participate in requirements and design reviews

Determine scope/focus of testing; create Test Strategy and risk analysis

Perform black-box testing on systems/components

Validate system function and observe results from various interfaces

Gather test activity data and prepare summarized reports

Communicate regularly with project members and advocate for resolution of high-priority issues

Maintain and improve test assets

Create effective data displays using modeling, reporting, and trending methods

Perform in-depth analysis to provide alternative solutions

Provide guidance and on-the-job support to others on testing topics

Qualification

Workday experienceFunctional/Manual testingAPI testingTest plans creationCommunication skills

Required

Workday experience with Core HR / Payroll testing

Functional/Manual testing expertise (primary focus)

API testing

Experience building test plans, test strategy, test cases (System/Regression)

Skilled in learning/using Application UIs

Bachelor's Degree in Business/IT or related field 4 years of relevant experience in testing/business system implementation, OR

Completion of a technical training program 4 years of relevant experience, OR

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience without a degree

Must be willing to work Eastern Time (ET) core business hours, not exceeding 40 hours/week
