Responsibilities
Define and execute end-to-end QA strategy across functional, integration, system, UAT, performance, and automation testing
Build and maintain test strategies, test plans, estimates, scenarios, and automation frameworks
Ensure testing aligns to business priorities across Retail, eCommerce, Order Management, Warehousing, and Transportation systems
Manage and mentor onshore and offshore QA analysts and automation engineers
Plan, assign, track, and deliver testing work across multiple parallel initiatives
Create clarity, accountability, and momentum across distributed teams
Design and maintain automation using TOSCA
Integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Expand API, data, and integration testing using Postman, SOAP UI, and SQL validation
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to define test coverage and release readiness
Lead UAT planning and execution, ensuring business users are fully supported
Identify, track, and drive resolution of defects and quality risks before they impact customers
Qualification
Required
6+ years leading onshore and offshore QA teams
Proven ability to manage large, complex, multi-workstream programs
Strong communication with executives, product teams, and engineering leaders
12+ years of testing experience in Retail, eCommerce, or Supply Chain systems
5+ years of hands-on TOSCA automation
Deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile & Waterfall, test management, and defect lifecycle
Experience with qTest, HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps
Strong experience in testing Salesforce
Strong experience in testing OMS, WMS, TMS
Strong experience in testing eCommerce & Digital platforms
Strong experience in testing iSeries / AS400
Strong experience in API testing (Postman, SOAP UI)
Strong experience in SQL & database validation
Strong experience in CI/CD and DevOps-enabled testing
