Responsibilities

Approve service entries in SAP
Resolve invoice issues with internal and external staff
Coordinate with the Comptroller and Procurement Department to resolve vendor issues
Reallocate sub-vendor budgets in automated invoice system
Assist with system testing, updates, or configuration changes related to invoice processing
Work with other divisions to gather data and identify recurring issues within the automated invoice system and recommend improvements
Assist the Customer Service Manager as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in accounts payable, billing, audit, or compliance-related roles
Strong understanding of invoice processes and financial controls
Experience managing financial policies, procedures, and reporting regulations
Demonstrated experience working with automated invoice systems
Experience using SAP Financial Software to create and approve service entries, and look up payments
Knowledge of vendor management, procurement processes, or contract administration
Prior experience providing customer service to client departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Demonstrated reporting experience
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP financial modules
Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies
