Responsibilities

Provide a full scope of HR services for the LATAM region (excluding recruitment)
Manage onboarding and adaptation of new employees
Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently followed
Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting
Run the performance review process (feedback collection, review discussions, coordination of technical interviews)
Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement across projects
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with specialists and provide feedback to line managers
Identify risks related to disengagement or low performance and help implement action plans
Contribute to the development of corporate culture and wellbeing initiatives
Plan, organize, and execute online team-building activities and global engagement events
Drive creative engagement formats suitable for distributed and remote teams
Ensure events support collaboration, motivation, and alignment with company values

Required

1.5–3 years of experience in HR (IT environment is a strong advantage)
Proven experience in event management, team building, or employee engagement initiatives
Hands-on experience across core HR areas: onboarding, training & development, performance management, employee satisfaction, and offboarding
Strong understanding of working with distributed and remote teams
Excellent communication skills; comfortable with frequent online meetings and written communication
High level of proactivity, ownership, and a positive, can-do mindset
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Ability to build trust and strong relationships with employees and managers
English – Upper Intermediate or Advanced
