Responsibilities

Own overall observability program governance and delivery oversight
Lead stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and alignment
Define and manage the observability roadmap, milestones, and success metrics
Provide architecture and methodology oversight across monitoring platforms
Ensure consistency, standards, and best practices across observability implementations
Produce executive-level reporting on platform health, value realization, and progress
Coordinate across Splunk, ServiceNow, and infrastructure/application teams

Required

10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, observability, or monitoring programs
Strong background in Splunk / enterprise monitoring ecosystems

Ability to translate technical metrics into business outcomes
