Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Tax Planning and the ability to develop and implement effective tax strategies
Strong knowledge and experience in Tax Compliance and Tax Law to ensure adherence to regulations
Expertise in Tax Preparation, including individual, business, and trust tax returns
In-depth understanding and application of Tax policies and practices
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to lead, mentor, and work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proficiency in tax and accounting software; advanced Excel skills are a plus
Preferred
CPA or EA certification strongly preferred
Prior experience in a similar tax management or leadership role is preferred
