Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute Bamboo Switch’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
Create engaging, trend-aligned, and brand-consistent content that educates, entertains, and inspires to Make The Bamboo Switch™ to reach sales goals
Stay up to date with current social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant
Manage our posting schedule, community engagement, and performance tracking
Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO purposes
Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
Collaborate with the design and marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and event promotions
Work directly with the founders to align content with our sustainability mission and seasonal initiatives
Analyze growth metrics, engagement trends, and ROI to continuously improve performance
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience managing brand social media accounts (proof required)
Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills
Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading
Experience with social analytics, scheduling tools, and influencer collaborations
Passion for sustainability and a deep alignment with our mission to reduce plastic waste
Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and community connection
Proficiency in graphic design concepts and branding strategies
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from web analytics
Experience with Shopify, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok)
