Responsibilities
Design and implement obfuscation techniques to evade EDR systems
Develop advanced malware and offensive security tools
Plan and execute red team engagements across on-premises and cloud environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently on complex projects
Research emerging threats, offensive methodologies, and evasion tactics
Mentor junior operators and share best practices
Participate in purple team exercises to improve overall security posture
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience in offensive security or red team operations
Hands-on experience with frameworks like Cobalt Strike, Brute Ratel, Mythic
Strong knowledge of Microsoft enterprise platforms (Windows Server, AD, Azure)
Ability to deliver technical and executive-level reports
Familiarity with software exploitation and cloud environments
AWS experience is a plus
Preferred
OSEP, CRTO, Malware Dev Academy, or similar
