Copywriter, Digital - Strategy and Design
Front Row partners with leading brands to accelerate their ecommerce growth, leveraging technology and expertise to enhance brand visibility. The Digital Copywriter will craft conversion-oriented messaging across multiple channels, collaborating with teams to optimize content and enhance brand voice.

Responsibilities
Write and test ad copy for paid social, display, and search campaigns
Create persuasive, brand-aligned copy for SMS, email, and lifecycle marketing
Write optimized blog content, product descriptions, and landing pages that improve rankings and organic traffic
Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner
Develop and iterate SEO content strategies in collaboration with Growth and Analytics teams
Partner with media and CRM teams to test creative hypotheses
Analyze copy performance data and continuously optimize based on results and trends
Maintain and evolve a cohesive brand tone across channels, balancing creative storytelling with conversion goals and best practices
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities
Conduct thorough research to gain deep insights into client industries, target audiences, and competitive landscapes
Utilize research findings to inform and enhance brand strategy and messaging frameworks
Stay ahead of market trends and emerging opportunities to develop forward-thinking brand solutions
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of experience in digital copywriting, preferably in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment (bonus points for beauty industry experience!)
Proven ability to write for multiple funnel stages, from upper-funnel awareness campaigns to conversion-focused CTAs
Experience writing for paid media, email/SMS, and SEO channels
Strong understanding of keyword research, SEO best practices, and performance analytics
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance optimization
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfort collaborating across creative, media, and analytics teams
A strategic thinker with a passion for challenging the status quo and driving transformative change in the industry
