Responsibilities
Lead practical training sessions to help teams better use internal systems and tools
Support the rollout and adoption of new platforms and process improvements
Review existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth execution
Develop reference materials, quick guides, and provide ongoing support
Research and test new tools or enhancements that improve productivity
Provide one-on-one coaching and group support as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience training professionals on software, systems, or operational tools
Background in operations, process improvement, knowledge management, or technology enablement
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives
Curious, proactive, and adaptable to evolving tools and workflows
Preferred
Experience in professional services or regulated environments
