Mid LevelSPECTRAFOR is seeking a Project Manager – FP&A Systems to join the Operations Finance Processes Team supporting a major Finance Transformation and Plan Book Modernization initiative. This role will focus on implementing and supporting FP&A and financial reporting systems, with responsibilities including User Acceptance Testing, training, and go-live support.

Responsibilities
Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Draft and execute test scripts and testing data
Guide users through UAT scenarios
Track defects, coordinate resolutions, and manage re-testing
Document testing results and ensure compliance
Support new planning processes and data validation
Provide issue triage and post–go-live hypercare support
Develop training documentation and conduct end-user training
Perform Workiva setup (folders, access, data linkage)
Support linking of FP&A plan data to reporting environment
Execute UAT, defect management, and regression testing
Create training materials and deliver user training
Support go-live and stabilization activities
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience delivering FP&A or finance systems projects
Experience working closely with business users, testing teams, and technical stakeholders
Experience leading and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Ability to draft and execute test scripts and testing data
Experience guiding users through UAT scenarios
Ability to track defects, coordinate resolutions, and manage re-testing
Experience documenting testing results and ensuring compliance
Ability to support new planning processes and data validation
Experience providing issue triage and post–go-live hypercare support
Ability to develop training documentation and conduct end-user training
Experience performing Workiva setup (folders, access, data linkage)
Ability to support linking of FP&A plan data to reporting environment
Experience executing UAT, defect management, and regression testing
