Responsibilities
Perform mechanical preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot and maintain conveyor systems
Respond to maintenance tickets via Maintain X mobile application
Document work orders using laptop and company-issued cell phone
Support equipment uptime in a fast-paced environment
Assist with overtime coverage for vacations, callouts, and special equipment activities
Qualification
Required
Mechanical Preventative Maintenance Experience
Conveyor Systems Experience (distribution center preferred)
Basic Microsoft Office & Tech Savviness
Email
Attachments & photos
Navigating spreadsheets (no formulas required)
Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders
Strong attendance and punctuality
Team-oriented; works well with diverse peers
Professional, reliable, and consistent beyond 'honeymoon period'
Open to feedback and coaching
Preferred
Electrical, plumbing, or journeyman-level experience
Experience in distribution centers or automated facilities
Certifications (electrical or mechanical) – not required, but can justify higher rate
Ability to create basic PowerPoint slides with photos
