Responsibilities

Plan & deliver employee-dedicated events such as trainings, webinars, and employee experience. Our goal is networking and creating a common culture in all the Reply offices in the US (Atlanta, Bloomfield Hills, Bellevue, Chicago, Kansas City, Malvern)

Work with the new tools of AI-powered generation of images and videos

Grow your technical competence and experiment with generative AI (creating AI agents, using them to optimize your daily work, and developing vibe coding)

Continuously research and implement new formats and communication techniques

Master the art of strategic thinking & creating content

Work with an international team, travel, network, and make contacts with a lot of different people
