Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, including car accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, and wrongful death
Conduct thorough legal research using LexisNexis, and other legal research tools to support case strategies
Draft detailed legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence
Negotiate settlements effectively with insurance companies and opposing counsel to maximize client benefits
Advocate on behalf of clients in settlement negotiations, mediations, and courtroom proceedings
Investigate case facts by reviewing medical records, accident reports, and witness statements
Maintain meticulous case files and ensure compliance with all legal administrative requirements
Collaborate with experts in fields such as medical professionals or accident reconstruction specialists to strengthen cases
Qualification
Required
Proven experience practicing personal injury law with a strong track record of successful case outcomes
Familiarity with legal research platforms
Demonstrated ability to draft precise legal documents and conduct effective negotiations
Experience handling a variety of civil litigation matters related to personal injury claims
