Process direct consumer loan applications with accuracy and timeliness

Handle high volumes of incoming calls and data processing tasks

Communicate professionally with dealers, customers, and internal departments

Maintain compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

Use internal loan processing software and other computer systems daily
