6+ years expAdvantage Technical is seeking an SFDC + Oracle CPQ Instructional Designer for a 6 – 9-month contract assignment. The successful candidate will collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to identify training needs, develop learning materials, and evaluate learner effectiveness to ensure understanding of new functionalities.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with product owners, SMEs, and enablement stakeholders to identify upcoming system enhancements and related training needs for end users
Convert functional changes into clear training requirements, design targeted learning assets such as simulations, quick-reference guides, and eLearning modules, and prepare materials for timely release
Evaluate learner effectiveness using surveys and simulations, host office hours to support adoption, and address end-user questions to ensure understanding of new functionality
Select the most effective training method for each change, such as simulations, quick reference guides, videos, eLearning, or live support
Develop and deliver training materials according to release timelines
Assess end-user knowledge, skills, and abilities through simulations, surveys, and feedback
Support enablement activities, including office hours and just-in-time assistance, to reinforce adoption and address user questions
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience developing and applying instructional design techniques in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a matrix organization
Ability to build relationships remotely and cross-culturally
Collaborative approach to decision-making and problem-solving
Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Education, Life Science, Clinical Diagnostics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Skilled communicator with strong grammar, punctuation, and writing abilities
Ability to quickly understand complex concepts and present them clearly
Results-driven collaborator with strong time and project management skills
Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced global environment
Demonstrates problem-solving skills by assessing situations, identifying challenges, and proactively implementing solutions or escalating issues when necessary
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Proficient in eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate
