Trillium is a leading proprietary trading firm active in US Equities and Options. They are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Runner to support office operations, working closely with the Office Manager to ensure smooth daily functions.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism during busy periods

Receive, organize, and distribute deliveries; may include dropping packages at FedEx/UPS/USPS

Pick up and distribute daily office lunches

Maintain organized storage areas and ensure kitchen, office, and bathroom supplies are stocked

Greet guests and assist with meeting needs as required

Collaborate with the Office Manager to complete errands and handle requests promptly

Perform additional tasks assigned on an as-needed basis
