The Senior Staffing Specialist is responsible for managing employment transactions and providing support to HR leadership while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
Processing transactions related to employment such as recruiting, onboarding, transfers, pay adjustments, and separations
Providing a higher level of support to various stakeholders regarding human resources (HR) practices
Providing information to employees regarding policies, regulations and contract language
Addressing a variety of issues and/or providing general support to HR leadership
Assisting in ensuring that HR functions conform to all applicable regulatory requirements
Recommending process and departmental improvements
