Record daily transactional entries
Act as liaison between operational departments by providing information and recording summarized transactional data provided by these teams
Prepare assigned reconciliations timely and accurately
Assist in the annual audit by providing requested support and preparing requested analysis
Provide feedback to management regarding policy and procedure changes and the internal control environment
Assist with documenting procedures and work instructions
Ad hoc analytical projects as required
General assistance and support for leadership, department, and company
Qualification
Required
Responsible for recording daily transactions, including daily sales reports, daily cash receipts, intercompany billings and group billings
Act as a liaison between operational departments and Accounting and Tax, providing supporting information as requested
Record transactions summarized by operational departments (for example, cost of goods sold and inventory transfers)
Prepare reconciliations for assigned accounts
Provide general assistance and support for leadership, the department, and company
Record daily transactional entries
