Responsibilities

Provide formal instruction and assistance with aircraft launch and recovery, jacking, lifting, towing; and end-of-runway, post-flight, preflight, and thru-flight inspections
Teach the student how to perform inventories and maintain aircraft structures and equipment as well as maintaining aircraft forms and records
Performs phase dock functions
Troubleshoots, inspects, removes, installs, services, adjusts, aligns, rigs, and modifies the F-16 hydraulic power, and landing gear system/subsystem components at the organizational level

Required

US citizenship is required
Provide formal instruction and assistance with aircraft launch and recovery, jacking, lifting, towing; and end-of-runway, post-flight, preflight, and thru-flight inspections

Preferred

Experience working with foreign nationals and documented Instructor experience is highly desired and will be viewed as a positive element during employment consideration
F-16 Block 40 or higher experience preferred
Candidates with additional experience in any of the following areas are preferred; shop/flight line setup, debrief, field training detachment (FTD), technical order library maintenance, quality assurance, or modification teams
Experience in more than one of the aforementioned areas will be viewed as a positive element during employment consideration
